who are we looking for?

 
 

We are looking for registered healthcare professionals such as HCAs, RGNs, RMNs, RNLDs, Phlebotomists, Practice Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists and GPs.

You do not need to be a current NHS healthcare professional. We are also looking for retired, trainee or student healthcare professionals and non-registered professionals as full training will be provided.

  • You will work as part of a dynamic team, delivering a safe and effective service for the mass delivery of the COVID-19 vaccine

  • You will be responsible for administering, or supervising the administration of, the vaccine to the local population

  • You will be working within a team of registered healthcare professionals and non-registered staff across a number of vaccination sites in your area

You will be responsible for performing and/or supervising the following:

  • Set up of the vaccination stations

  • Drawing up and preparing the vaccine prior to administration

  • Vaccine administration

  • Disposal of clinical waste and change of PPE as per national guidelines

 

how much will I be paid & what is the length of the role?

Fantastic hourly rates of pay are available across all roles and sites. Sign up for more information.

All roles within the COVID-19 vaccination programme are available on a temporary or contract basis with fixed-term contracts available for 3-6 months.

Due to the versatile nature of this programme, terms could be subject to change.
